Do you want to start exercising but are nervous or afraid that you may get injured in the process?  Do you want a safe and effective way to train?

 

As a physical therapist, we are movement experts.  I will evaluate you, and develop a graded exercise program that will allow you to accomplish your fitness goals safely.

 

Each visit includes:  One hour of fitness in a gym of your choice, home gym, or simply your home.  You do not need a lot of fancy equipment and heavy weights for an effective training program.

Whether you are 20 or 70 years old an initial consultation will help you determine the best path forward to getting you back to the activities you love.
